Section 48(1) in Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1998
(1)The Corporation shall prepare and submit to the Government, in such form as may be prescribed, an annual report within six months after the end of every financial year of its activities during the previous financial year, with reference to its functions under section 17.
