Section 8(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(1)Any registered member aggrieved by the order passed by the authority referred to in sub-clause (2) of clause 7 shall prefer an appeal to the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order. The Revenue Divisional Officer may, for valid reasons to be recorded in writing, allow such appeal after a period of thirty days, but not exceeding sixty days. The Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of filing of such appeal, after giving an opportunity to the aggrieved registered member.
