Section 2(c) in The Punjab Utilization of Surplus Area Scheme, 1973
(c)[ "eligible person" means a major person who has been residing in the State of Punjab for a period of five years before the commencement of the scheme and is primarily engaged in agricultural as his occupation and who is - [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 108\PA10 / 73/Section 11/AMD.
