(3)A register shall be maintained in Z.A. Form 36 in two parts in the Treasury/Sub-Treasury where bonds are stocked. Part I shall be divided into separate portions for bonds of each denomination and the serial number of bonds received shall be entered in it immediately on receipt thereof and entries in Columns 4 and 5 made on issue of the bond to the Compensation Office or in case of return to the Public Debt Office. In case a bond is redeposited in the Treasury/Sub-Treasury double lock it again be entered in the columns for receipts.
