(4)[ If the Debt Relief Court finds that the loan was originally advanced to a member of Scheduled Tribe prior to 1st January, 1964 or to a member of Scheduled Caste prior to the 1st January, 1966 then it shall reduce the principal determined under sub-section (1) in accordance with Part A of the Second Schedule in respect of loans advanced to a member of Scheduled Tribe and in accordance with Part B of the said Schedule in respect of loans advanced to a member of Scheduled Caste.] [Substituted by M.P.
