(9)In special circumstances and by unavoidable reasons, the commission may direct the counting of votes of all or any class or classes or any special society of the district to another place and such counting shall be done on the date prescribed by the Commission.Chapter-V Election of Chairman/vice-Chairman and Delegates to be Sent to Other Societies
