Section 137(2) in The Code of Civil Procedure, Svt. 1977 (1920 A.D.)
(2)[The Government] [Substituted for "His Highness" by Act X of 1996.] may declare what shall be the language of any such court and in what character applications to any proceedings in such Courts shall be written.
