1. Short title and commencement.
- 1.1 These Regulations may be called the Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Rooftop Solar Photo Voltaic Systems based on Net Metering) Regulations, 2015, in short, JKSERC Net Metering Regulations, 2015.1.2These Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication of the same in the Government Gazette.
