Section 2(1)(xxx) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010

(xxx)"Station Controller" means the person on duty who is for the time being responsible for the working of the station and traffic within station limits and includes the Assistant Station Controller or any person who is for the time being in independent charge of the working of such station and traffic;
