17. Travelling Allowance.
- The Services of the members of the Sarvodaya Panchayat shall be honorary, but they may be paid travelling allowance for the journeys performed by them in connection with the affairs of the Sarvodaya Panchayat at the following rate provided funds are allotted in the annual budget and available for disbursement:-
