(4)The Selection Committee shall also prepare list of the institutions, districtwise, in respect of which vacancies have been notified to the Commission, by arranging their names in Hindi alphabetical order. If the names of two or more institutions begins with the same alphabet then the name of the institution which was recognised earlier shall be placed higher in the list.
