Section 23(1) in Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018
(1)The Chief Executive Officer shall, in consultation with the Chief Conservator of Forests, the Deputy Commissioner of Faridabad, the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad and such other persons, as the Chief Executive Officer deems fit, prepare, from time to time, a plan for sustainable management of the urban environment of the notified area.
