Section 91 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
91.
In every case in which the Executive Committee resolve that an enquiry shall be instituted and a notice for an enquiry is issued accordingly either party shall for the purpose of his defence of reply as the case may be and upon request in writing for that purpose signed by himself or his solicitors be entitled to be supplied by the Registrar with a copy of any declaration, explanation, or answer or other document given or sent to the Executive Committee by or on behalf of the other party which such other party will be entitled on proper proof to use at the hearing as evidence in support of or in answer to the charge specified in the notice of inquiry and every notice of enquiry shall draw the particular attention of the Pharmacist to this Rule.
