Section 2(c) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(c)'Fair Price Shop Owner' means a person and it includes a cooperative societies of women/cooperative societies of ex-servicemen, educated unemployed whose name a shop has been licensed to distribute essential commodities under the Targeted Public Distribution System;
