Section 73(2) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1989
(2)No sewerage connection shall be given to the owner or occupier of a premises unless the internal sewerage connection of such premises has been duly executed in accordance with the standard specifications prescribed under this Act:Provided that, such certificate shall not be necessary in respect of trivial nature of work as provided by the regulations or as the case may be the bye-laws made in this behalf.
