Section 20 in Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1997
20. Existing Members of establishment.
(1)Persons appointed to the various categories of posts in the establishment in substantive capacity prior to the commencement of these Rules shall be members of the establishment as if appointed in such capacity under these Rules.(2)Persons appointed to the various categories of posts in the establishment in temporary or officiating capacity prior to the commencement of these Rules shall continue as if appointed in temporary or officiating capacity under these Rules.
