Section 46(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)The Government shall, from time to time by an order published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, constitute a Board of Appeal for hearing and deciding appeals under section 45.
