02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Pursuant to order dt.18.09.2025, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner produced the copy of order dt.03.02.2014 so passed by this Court in W.P.(C ) No.1479 of 2014. Copy of the order so produced be kept on record.
3. Basing on the said order, it is contended that this Court in para-19 of the said order held that the Odisha State Aids Control Society as a State in the definition Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Copy of the order so produced be kept on record.
4. Heard learned counsel for appearing for the Parties.
5. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-
Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition and further be pleased to direct the opposite party NO.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 14.08.2025, under Annexure-8 and redeploy/transfer/reposition the Petitioner in his district or nearby district and, within a stipulated time, And if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the said Rule be made absolute;
And/or issue any other order/orders, direction/directions which would offer complete relief to the Petitioner in the peculiar facts of the present case;
And for this act of kindness the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting her grievances, Petitioner has made representation vide Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition before Opposite Party No.2 and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time period to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.
7. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and considering the submission made, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction on Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation vide Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order with due communication to the Petitioner.
8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
