17. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chief Justice, GSICC and the Internal Sub-Committee or its members in respect of anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of these Regulations, and the circulars/orders/notifications issued thereunder.
