ORDER
1. As per order dated, 21.09.2021, this Tribunal had considered the fact that the Joint Committee as well as the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNCPB) and the State Level Monitoring Committee (SLMC) had also filed their report as directed by this Tribunal in disposed cases and the present case. Since the applicant was not present, in order to give them an opportunity to file their objections, if any, to the committee report, the case has been adjourned to 2 21.10.2021. On 21.10.2021, the matter has been adjourned by notification to today
2. Mrs. Selvi George, counsel appearing for the applicant in O.A. No. 107 of 2021 (SZ) wanted some time to file their objection to the report. She had a complaint that the copies of the report has not been served on them. It is being reiterated by this Tribunal that any report filed by the Joint Committee or other committee will be uploaded in the official Website of the National Green Tribunal (SZ) and the parties can get it down loaded and file their objections to the same. As the technology is advanced, the counsel is also expected to adhere to the technology and then cooperate with the Tribunal in getting the reports from the Website and to file their objections, if any on time.
3. However considering the circumstances, we feel that one more opportunity can be given to the applicant to file their objections to the Joint committee report and also report of the State Level Monitoring Committee (SLMC) filed in the disposed matter which is also relating to the same issue.
4. The parties who have not filed their statements are directed to complete the pleadings and the applicant is directed to file their objection to the report on or before 08.12.2021, by e-filing in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF along with necessary hard copies to be produced as per rules and get ready with the matter for consideration on the same date on 08.12.2021.

5. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the official respondents, and also to the members of the committee, immediately through e-mail, so as to enable them to comply with the direction.
