Section 106(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to make arrangements for forming the Executive Council, the Academic Council and other authorities of the University, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, within a period of two years from the commencement of this Act. The State Government may, however, extend the said period, if found necessary, so, however, that the period so extended shall not exceed three years in the aggregate.
