Section 1 in APG (Alakh Prakash Goyal) Shimla University Establishment and Regulation Act, 2012
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the APG (Alakh Prakash Goyal) Shimla University Establishment and Regulation Act, 2012.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on 19th day of June, 2012.
