Section 359(2) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(2)If it appears to the State Government that in any Municipal bye-law* are necessary for any matter in respect of which model bye-laws have been published under sub-section (1), it may require the Council to adopt such model bye-laws modified to suit local conditions.
