Section 5(xviii) in Arni University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009
(xviii)[] [Clause (xviii) substituted vide Act No. 12 of 2011.] to set-up colleges, institutions, off-campus centres, offshore campus, study centres or to start distance education, after fulfilling the norms and regulations of the Central Government Regulatory Bodies and Central Government, issued from time-to-time, and after obtaining the specific approval of the State Government;
