Section 15 in Haryana Enterprises Promotion Act, 2016

15. Penalties.

- Any entrepreneur who fails to comply with the conditions of undertaking, for the first instance of non-compliance shall be liable to pay fine which shall be fifty thousand rupees and for subsequent non-compliance, shall be liable to pay fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.
