Section 19(b) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(b)he may be required by the Board to retire from service by giving him notice of not less than three months in writing or three months pay and allowances in lieu of such notice :
