Section 13(8)(ii) in The Assam Secondary Education (Provincialised) Service Rules, 1982

(ii)Employees other than Grade IV employees retiring at the age of 58 years and Grade IV employees retiring at the age of 60 years shall open fresh General Provident Fund account depositing the amount of their own contribution alongwith interest accrued thereon into the General Provident Fund Account so opened, as per procedure applicable to Government servants.
