23. Reservations.
- Nothing contained in this Act, shall affect reservations and other concessions required to be provided for Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen, physically handicapped persons or any other class or category of persons in accordance with the orders by the Government in this regard, from time to time.
