Section 3(2) in The U.P. Court Fees (Payment in Cash) Act, 1975
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken, under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had come into force on January 31, 1975.
