Section 13 in The Maharashtra Tribal Economic Condition (Improvement) Act, 1976
13. Cognizance of offence, etc.-
(1)No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except with the previous sanction of the State Government or any officer authorised by it in this behalf.(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), all offences punishable under this Act shall be cognizable and bailable.
