Section 9(3)(ii) in The M.P. Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhumihin Vyakti (Pattadhruti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiva Jana) Rules, 1998

(ii)Before taking a decision to shift an occupant from his present site in the public interest the High Power Committee constituted under sub-rule (1) shall convene a meeting of the Mohalla Samiti, give them an opportunity of being heard and shall sympathetically consider the facts presented before it by the residents of the Mohalla.
