Section 2(e) in The M.P. State University Service Rules, 1983
(e)"Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes" shall have the same meanings as are assigned to them by clauses (24) and (25) respectively of Article 366 of the Constitution; and are notified as such by the State Government from time to time;
