Section 11(3) in Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University Act, 2007
(3)The Board shall meet at such time and place as it deems necessary but it shall hold a meeting atleast once in every two months and not less than half of the number of its meetings in a year shall be held at the headquarters of the University.
