Section 3(1) in Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya Act, 2017
(1)The Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, the Pro-Vice Chancellor and the members of the Court, the Executive Council, and the Academic Council so long as they continue to hold such office or membership shall constitute a body corporate by the name of "The Bhattadev University".
