Section 236(d) in The United Provinces Tenancy Act, 1939
(d)collects any rent of which payment has been remitted in accordance with the provisions of this Act, or, before the expiry of the period of suspension, collects any rent of which payment has been suspended in accordance with the provisions of the Act;
