Section 12 in The Rajasthan Lands (Restrictions on Transfer) Act, 1976
12. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Lands (Restriction on Transfer) Ordinance, 1976 (Ordinance No. 2 of 1976) is hereby repealed(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done and actions taken under the said Ordinance, so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
