Section 42(3) in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Act, 1959
(3)The supersession of a [* * *] [Omitted vide Orissa Act No. 1 of 1968.] Samiti shall, if other date and time are fixed in the said notification, take effect from the date of publication thereof and thereupon all the members of the [* * *] [Omitted vide Orissa Act No. 1 of 1968.] Samiti including its Chairman shall forthwith be deemed to have vacated their offices.
