84. Extension of time for completion of election. -
[Subject to the provisions of the Constitution, it shall be competent] [Words substituted for the words 'It shall be competent' by W.B. Act 46 of 1994.] for the Commission for reasons which it considers sufficient, to extend the time for the completion of any election by making necessary amendments in the notification issued by it under section 37.
