Section 35(1)(c) in The West Bengal State Council Of Vocational Education And Training Act, 2005.

(c)the representatives of the Council on every body, statutory or otherwise, shall vacate their respective offices as such representatives, and the Administrator may nominate such person or persons to represent the Council or that body as he may think fit.
