Section 175(3) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(3)The Competent Authority may, by order, direct that any power exerciseable by it under this Act may also be exercised by such officer as may be mentioned therein in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
