Section 107A(6) in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Rules, 1959
(6)The members of the Regional Advisory Committee may inspect any religious institution situate within the jurisdiction of the Committee and make a report to the Endowment Commissioner suggesting remedies, if any, necessary for improving the administration of the Institution and shall send a copy of the report to the trustee of the Institution.
