THE MINISTER OF PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS, MINISTER OF COAL AND MINISTER OF MINES (SHRI PRALHAD JOSHI): Madam, I beg to move the following motion under Rule 374 (2) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Lok Sabha:
“That this House having taken serious note of the gross misconduct of Shri Gaurav Gogoi, Shri T.N. Prathapan, Adv. Dean Kuriakose, Shri Benny Behanan, Shri B. Manickam Tagore, Shri Rajmohan Unnithan and Shri Gurjeet Singh Aujla in utter disregard to the House and authority of the Chair and having been named by the Chair, resolve that Shri Gaurav Gogoi, Shri T.N. Prathapan, Adv. Dean Kuriakose, Shri Benny Behanan, Shri B. Manickam Tagore, Shri Rajmohan Unnithan and Shri Gurjeet Singh Aujla be suspended from the service of the House for the remainder of the Session.” …(Interruptions) HON. CHAIRPERSON: The question is:
