Section 17(1) in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
(1)[Subject to the provisions of sub-section (10), no person]shall hunt any game from or by means or a wheeled or a mechanically propelled vehicle on water or land or by air-craft.
