Section 66(3) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(3)The occupier of every factory to which these rules apply shall, for the purpose of removing serious cases of accident or sickness, provide in the premises and maintain in good condition a suitable conveyance unless he had made arrangements for obtaining such a conveying from a hospital.
