Section 10(1) in THE KERALA EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE WORKERS’ WELFARE FUND ACT, 2021
(1)The Government may, by notification, remove any non-official Director of the Board from his office for the following reasons,—(a)if he has, without the permission of the Board, been absent in three consecutive meetings of the Board:Provided that such absence may be condoned by the Board for sufficient reasons before the publication of the notification in the Gazette; or(b)if, in the opinion of the Government, he is ineligible or has become incapable of functioning as Director or has so abused his position as director detrimental to public interest:Provided that before removing a Director under this sub-section, he shall be given a reasonable opportunity to show cause why he should not be removed.
