849. Cost of summoning a record.
- The cost of summoning a record shall be rupees two and rules 842(a) and (e), 843, 845, 847 and 848 shall, so far as may be, and with necessary modifications and adaptations apply thereto. Such cost shall be paid in cash to the cashier.
