- The following convicted prisoners may be kept in the special prison in a Central Jail:-(i)Those who have committed serious violations of prison discipline.(ii)Those who show tendency towards violence and aggression.(iii)Any other prisoners in whose case the Inspector General or the Government or both have issued specific orders.Note. - The decision of the Inspector General to transfer a prisoner to special prison in a Central Jail as a punishment shall be final.
