Section 23(5) in West Bengal Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Rules, 2004
(5)While applying for copies of maps or plans, the applicant shall file with the application requisite fees for application for certified copies and necessary tracing papers for such copies. The cost of copies of such maps or plans shall be assessed by the Controller in such manner as he may think fit.
