Section 270 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
270. Account and auditor's report to be placed before Member.
- Upon the audit of the account, the Registrar of Tribunal shall place the statement of account and the auditor's certificate before the Member for his consideration and orders.
