Section 22(1) in The M.P. Maa Sharda Devi Mandir Adhiniyam, 2002
(1)The Committee shall, within three months from taking charge of its office, and thereafter atleast one month before the commencement of each financial year prepare or cause to be prepared a budget for the succeeding year and shall consider and pass the same at a meeting before the commencement of the year.
